I am interested to know is anyone is aware of manufacturers of uPVC pipes as per IS 15328- uPVC pipes for underground drainage and sewerage works. Enquiry wilth a number of vendors were futile. Instead, uPVC as per IS 4985 has to be used for external sewerage work.
Also, I am eager to know whether there had been any sewerage work carried out in India with precast concrete manholes?
If people agree we can request BIS to frame something in line with ASTM C478 or BS 5911, globally well accepted standards for precast concrete manhole.
