Need information on transparent water tank to use sun's UV rays to treat recycle water

For our new house, we've categorized water recycle points as:

1. Kitchen water
2. Wash basin + Bath water
3. Washing Machine
4. Toilet water (fecal only)
5. Urine

For 1) Kitchen water, I know we need a oil-grease trap. Is there a smaller design than https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=joVL70wtLAs After the oil -grease trap, is a sand-gravel filter sufficient for subsequent use in gardening/ground water recharge?

For 3) is it better to let it off directly to plants (bannana or canna or other plants that thrive on phosphates) and perhaps mix with urine too?

For 4) We are planning to reuse water from 2) [wash basin + bath water] for toilet flushing and subject this black water to further treatment. Is a old type septic tank sufficient or there is simple, cost effective aerobic alternative? Also, what category of recycled water should be avoided for toilet flushing to help bacteria at a later stage to survive?

I would like to know if a transparent water tank is available in market that can be used for sun's UV treatment of treated water.

Also, any suggestion of further re-using water between the above mentioned categories would be greatly appreciated. I would love to save more water!
