I want to start a 4000 ltrs/hour packaged drinking water plant in my factory building premise. I have enough space on the 3rd floor and 800 sqft on the ground floor. Can I install the plant on the 3rd floor with tiling and flooring done as per the BIS and use the ground floor for washing, filling and packing of bottled water.
