Hi,
Recently I have purchased one submersible pump CRI 1.5hp and was installed by a technician and it was working properly & due to less pressure on the subsequent day the technician lifted the bore few meters and it got stuck midway. The next day, The technician tried to pull the pump with the help of a pulley but he was unable to trace the hook. The technician says that the bore got stuck midway & the hook is untraceable.
Please advice the plan of action. Can anyone visit my house and advice on resolving this issue.
