Need help selecting RO system for apartment community with 100 - 200 flats

I am searching for a Reverse-Osmosis system for apartment community, it would be great help if you could let me know the advantages and disadvantages. So can you help me in giving following details. Let us consider an apartment with 100 to 200 flats want to install a RO system for the apartment. I would like to know

  1. Best RO system which can be used for an apartment?
  2. How should the rejected water from an RO system be used in an apartment society?
  3. Capacity required?
  4. How to install & maintain RO system?
