I own a 30 by 40 site in Gottigere, Bangalore and am planning to build a house here. I need to dig a bore well in this site, which is located on a small hill, but not hard rock. 100 mts from my site is a small mountain which extends upto 1/2 km.
What are the major items I should consider before I hire a person for a bore well? I also need a geologist who can locate the water points in my site. Any references in Bangalore would help me a lot.
