Need help in getting power connection for pumping water from the borewell for my lemon field - How should I apply for it?

This is Rangarao Arikatla. Recently we dug a borewell in my field in which I am cultivating lemon. I need power to pump the water from my borewell. Please give me some suggestions about how to apply for power connection .
