Hi Sir,
I am in charge of an ETP, the aeration tank has a capacity of 240 meter cube. I added 3 tonne of cattle dung and filled it with fresh water, added nutrients urea & DAP for diffusion aeration type. Even after 4 days of running it did not develop MLSS, please need suggestion on what to do.
