I am having 30 acres of farm at Kuhi (Tahsil), District Nagpur, (wikimapia.org location Coordinates: 20°56'37"N 79°22'58"E), I have constructed water collection pond of 10000 litre capacity.During summer the water level of all near by wells (3-5 km radius) become almost zero, I wanted to dig bore well in my farm, Does it mean that if I dig a bore well then chances of failure are more.
The villagers are insisting me to get help of dowser or traditional consultant who finds best location by some institutions
I am not interested to use these methods, So kindly guide me a step by step process to get the best location using all latest scientific methods.

- Where can I get gunine one best water diviner, geophysicist, hydrogeologist or Groundwater bore well locating expert consultancy firms at Nagpur?
- Which is the best season to get the survey done ?
