Need expert advice regarding borewell which has stopped yielding water in Bangalore

Hello,

My borewell point is on Old Airport road, Bangalore. We had dug a borewell of a depth 497 ft (avg of all drilling rods). We got multiple sources on 105, 132, 160, 462. While digging the source pressure was so much that we couldnt drill further. So I am not sure if it is the point at 462 which was the bigger source or if there is something else in the bottom (If someone could let me know on this).

The point remained unused till 2 years. We inserted the UPVC pipes upto 480 ft+6ft 10 HP bore pump. The borwell was working fine for 3-4 months. After that, there was a another borewell dug around 400 meters away from my point. Post that, we got less water and eventually stopped.

We got camera inspection done and found that all the sources were active, however the water level was at 472 ft and continued to stay so. Some facts that I have found is, while the average was taken is 497, I couldnt insert anymore pipes beyond 486 ft. And while I did the camera inspection it was told that the depth is 484 ft. I found some small stones within the borewell pump, so I believe the pump was 2 ft inserted below the gravel.

I am confused for the fact that, not sure how the water is not stocking while the yield is still present. I gave a thought of redrilling too, however since the point is inside my house and close to a wall I am ruling out that option. However I am still open to drill but not getting a gas bore driller who can drill more than 500  ft. I have heard about hydro fracturing, however I am informed by my borewell expert that since the water is escaping through the bottom (not confirmed though) we cannot afford to do a hydro fracture since pressure cannot be created. I desperately want to revive this point, so I would be really greatful if some expert could advice. I will post the camera inspection in a day or two. Please help.
