I want to start a mini / small scale packaged drinking water plant of 1000-2000 litres per hour capcity at Asansol , West Bengal , India .
What may be the initial expenditure (excluding land ) necessary to start a plant like this with complete arrangement for bottling , labelling , license fees and ISI certification fees. Any information in this regard will be very useful.
