Need data on the crop wise irrigated area for rice, wheat and total food grains for all the states in India from 1987-1995

I need crop wise (rice, wheat and total food grains) irrigated area data of different states of India from 1987-1995 for my Ph.D research work. Please tell me how/where I can get this data?
