I am a resident of Nurpur (Tilokpur) village in Kangra district, Himachal Pradesh. I am planning to start a mineral water poject for which I need a source of water. I plan to drill a borewel for this. I would like to know the total cost of drilling a borewell in Himachal Pradesh. Also any detailso on the procedure to be followed and any contats of agencies in the region who can help me with this will be useful.
