Need advise on type of treatment required for household water (report attached)

Hi,
Currently we are using water from a deep tube well (800 feet). This water is sand filtered before being used for household purpose. For drinking water we have installed a RO purifier (Kent). The sand-filtered water leaves whitish spots on utensils and a feeling of roughness on body after bath. However the clothes (white) clothes do not get any stains.

The water analysis report is as mentioned below.
Iron insoluble - 2.79mg/l
Iron soluble - Trace
Chloride - 109.8 mg/l
Hydroxide alkalinity - 0
Carbonate alkalinity - 0
Bicarbonate alkal. - 113.31 mg/l
Hardness - 284.31 mg/l
Calcium - 52.89 mg/l
Magnesium - 36.95 mg/l
Sulphate - 251.25 mg/l
Sulphur - 83.75 mg/l
T.D.S - 406
pH - 7.93 conductance - 784 µΏ/cm2

Please advise on type of pretreatment required.

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Krishna G
