We had dug a bore well in the month of May 2008 for 840 ft and fixed the submersible pump at 760 ft. The well went dry suddenly in February 2009. I contacted the mechanic who installed the pump and he tried to recover the pump, noticed that it was stuck. The same was recovered using chain and pulley. We also conducted Video scan and noticed there is soil collapse and the current Depth of Bore well is 756 Ft. It has hard rock from 100 ft till 700 Ft and we have casing pipe till 100 Ft. As the current water yielding is low Mechanic has suggested us to do the flushing. There is construction on top of Bore well and we cannot re-drill to remove the collapsed sand. Request you to kindly advice on following points
1) Which is the best way to flush and remove all the collapsed sand to
2) Will hydro-fracturing help in this case?
3) How to avoid such incidents in future ?
4) Whom can I contact for hydro-fracturing in Bangalore?
5) I am also looking for Rain water harvesting around bore well. Whom should I contact in Bangalore?
