I have a borewell which is in use for Five years. Last month muddy water started coming for two days and motor started tripping. The electrician mentioned that the pump is jammed and needs to be removed. We try remove by hand & chain pully block but not successful. The plastic pipe is used and we could not apply more force due to fear of cutting.
We tried flushing with compressor - simialr to one used for driiling the bore. Lot of mud and water came out but could not succed in taking out out the pump.
I have appraoched the Dept of Mines in Khanij Bhavan Bangalore asking for the advise. I was informed that Normally removing the pump connected to plastic pipe is impossible and asked me to check whether I have non return valve at the pump inlet-confirmed that we have non return valve.
I request expert adivise on removing the pump from the bore. Please share your experince and contact person.
Thanks & regards,
