I am located at Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore. In our apartment we have borewell water supply. Banglore is suffering from no rains. For the past few weeks the water from the borewell has become extremely red and the tank on terrace was observed to be full of mud at the bottom.
Similar problem is reported by the nearby apartment as well. As per few members of the apartment this is caused by another borewell newly dug up in the nearby area by someone else. According to them the source of water is disrupted due to another borewell and now the entire source of the borewell is gone bad. We are planning to get the borewell cleaned with compressor cleaning. All of us are really worried since the govt is releasing water only once in four days and its not going to be sufficient for all of us if the borewell stops functioning.
Is this a curable problem or the borewell cannot be used anymore? Kindly advice!
