we bored a borewell @ 5 years back and installed the submersible pump with hdpe pipe at 350 feet below the ground (refer attached pdf file)
till the last month it was working fine but in last month the outflow pressure of water was not verry low i.e. it is not possible to lift the water to overhead tank as mentioned in the attached file
The local mechanic and drow out the submersible pump and found that there are 2 verticle cracks on the hdpe pipe

so he repaired hdpe pipe with gi joints clamps and M-SEAL
after that we got the required reasult and it started working fine
but after 10 days of this work @ from 15 days back again we are facing the problame of low pressure
the mechanic suggested us to replace total hdpe pipe
please guide what can be different options for this problame
