Good afternoon. My name is Ana Maria Rehbein, I am looking for a food grade treatment plant that complies with FDA and USP Standards.
We need to treat water and we are looking for a plant with the following requirements :
1. Carbon filters to remove chlorine;
2. Softeners to decrease the salt concentration from initially 800 ppm (800 mg/L) to 10 ppm (10 mg/L) before entering the Reverse Osmosis process;
3. RO Plant to remove heavy metals and other contaminants. The feeding water will be approximately 1.800 microsiemens and it is necessary to obtain a conductivity less than 5 microsiemens;
4. UV light to kill bacterias and microorganisms;
I am looking for a food grade treatment plant, FDA approved and that meets also USP Standards. We need to treat the water, that is, carbon removal, apply water softeners, take out chlorine, heavy metals, microorganisms, any contaminants. Also deionization tanks, final filters (for bacteria and endotoxins), and systems with ultraviolet light for additional sterilization properties
