Hi,
Is there any law that can be implemented so as to prevent the wastage of drinking water by public?
Here in Punjab one sees various water taps around the city that are left opened and the water keeps on draining. It pains to see such wastage of water when its common knowledge that the ground water level is lowering.
Can anything be done in this case?
