How to select pump for 250 feet borewell for home use? What all should I do to increase the water level in bore well?

Hi,

I had drilled a 6" bore well at depth of 250 feet. After checking, I got 50 feet water in the bore well. I want to use the water for my home.

Please give me information on how to select a pump for bore well. Also, what should I do to increase water in bore well?
