Our apartment is located in Rammurthynagar (North East) Bangalore. We had dug 2 bore wells in 2006, approx 450 ft deep. Both dried a year back and we are now looking at options for rehabilitating at least one of them. But both these bore-wells are located inside the building, ruling out the possibility of a conventional rehabilitation process with the trucks.
Are there other ways to deepen one of the bore-wells which does not have height restriction since it is on a open shuttle court through some manual drill? We also heard that drilling a new bore-well around the compound might impact the structure if it goes below 600 ft. Is this true?
