How to recover a broken bit while drilling a 900 feet borewell in Bangalore

While digging a borewell in Bangalore at around 900 feet a bit has broken, and the diggers tried to recover it using magnet but failed.

Would like to know if I can recover it by any other alternate way and further drilling.
