How to purify borewell water for non-potable uses? Borewell water is main cause for serious hairfall in Marathahlli, Bangalore

I am staying in Marathahlli, Bangalore. In our area, we get only bore water. We use bore water for non-drinking purposes. Because of bore water, there is terrible hairfall. I consulted many doctors but no result. Please suggest something to get rid of this.
