We are planning to drill borewell in our new site in Bangalore, hence we contacted few borewell companies and geologist. There is one borewell company which has committed 100% and assured that we will get water above 950ft to 1100ft. And they say if we get water, we need to pay double the amount (borewell drilling cost). They say we make the agreement as soon as the borewell is finished, once we saw the water we pay 1 lakh as advance then the reaming you can settle next day, I am ready to pay the double of the drilling cost as most of the borewells in surroundings are failure even after drilling 1000ft. Also just next to my site they have drilled for 800ft but did not get the water, my only doubt is how will I get to know once the drilling is finished whether we will get the water is there any chances that they can cheat by saying you got the water pay 1lakh remaining you can pay next day, since they won’t give a time to install a motor and check the water?
So kindly suggest whether I can believe the borewell company and go ahead, if so how can I identify that there is water and whatever they are saying is truth? Please guide me whether I can go ahead and drill with this option or is there any chances that they can cheat showing water from the borewell vehicle.
