How to get rid of yellow coloured borewell water in Amritsar, Punjab? Depth of the well is about 135 feet

I am Ramesh from Amritsar, Punjab. Please tell me what is the solution to get rid of yellow water from the borewell. The depth of the borewell is about 135 ft. What should I do to get rid of the colour?
