I wants to clarify one doubt regarding the CRU time series data sets. I registered and downloaded the high resolution grid data of maximum and minimum global tempreatures.
Would like to know which is the best software to extract specific data from the Net CDF file. I tried all software's that have been mentioned on
that page such as Xconv, and FERRET, but I don't know to extract data for specific regions. I am currently trying these through online tutorials, but not able to get clear information.
Could you let me know how to extract the specific region wise data form CRU TS3.0/3.1 NetCDF file.
