I am working on the possibility of increasing the water availability in Devka district, Amreli, Gujrat, by storage of the water on the surface by constructing bunds.

Can we increase the water table by the various methods of the Rain water conservation in 500 acres block.? As thumb rule without surveying please indicate that Rs.40 k Per acre for the water security will be sufficient in suarastra ?
