I live in an apartment complex which has 300+ apartments. We have an STP plant for treating the used water. We use ~ 60% of treated water for gardening and flushing. However we have to dispose off the rest of the water. The BWSSB sewer lines are not there in our area. KSPCB and BBMP keeps sending notices to us, but till date, they haven't given a solution on how to dispose the excess treated water.
1. What are the legally permitted ways and means to dispose this water?
2. What is a permanent solution to this issue?
Can anybody advice and help?
