How could some one convince society, which was always against polluting water with night soil, to use water as transporting media, well knowing that water has no capacity to treat itself ?

Dear IWP,

When will we understand that using water for flushing night soil is the filthiest habit of mankind? Do we not realise that Swatch Bharat Abhiyan in its present form will pollute ground water also very soon ? I would like to know what your ideas are on this and to further discuss a solution through a group conversation.
