I am building a small house at an elevation of 5000ft in Uttarakhand. There is a gravity spring nearby (about 100 meters) at an elevation. It has enough flow to provide water by natural gravitational flow. I have already laid a pipe and use a temporary 'spring box' made of a pet bottle which sends down water enough to sustain our family. However, this system gets disturbed by cows and other animals using water from the spring. Would anyone know of a design of an iron spring box - also locally known as a 'chamber' which could be installed there?
