First, I would like to thank you for compiling this data set. It is exactly the format I need for my research on crop choice response to weather shocks in India.
I am looking for monthly district-level data on rainfall and precipitation across almost all of India over the years 1950-1988. It seems simple to use your application to generate this data for any given district and export this to an easily processed CSV or Excel format.
However, I would need to do this hundreds of times to create the complete data set necessary for my analysis. Is there an easier way to acquire a data set which gives monthly rainfall and temperature for all districts in India over this time frame?
