Congrats on putting up this site with lots of useful info. This is just great. Seetha Gopalakrishnan and Sumathi Sivam's comments on the user queries are quite prompt and helpful.
I do think the site's usability could be better, though. For example, I'm unable to access the RSS feeds to the user Queries; with the feeds on the News page, it's no problem though.
Another instance is Seetha Gopalakrishnan's reply (dated 23/11/2012) to my query (dated 21/11/2012). Unless I had followed the link to it in my e-mail account, I don't see how I could have accessed such info via the website. The queries are unable to be sorted by date.
There's tons of useful info in the website. If only it is a little easier to dig through, the value of this site will go up tremendously. Please keep up the good work.
