We are planning to install a Nano Water Softener Plant in our Apartment. I have shortlisted Hatco Systems for the supply of this system. I would like to seek feedback from users and experts on this forum on the performance of Nano Water Softener.
Background information below
- Location: Srinagar Colony, Saidapet, Chennai
- Issue: Very Hard Water. TDS: 980 to 1030 ppm & TH: 375 to 420 ppm. We have scale formation in the pipeline, fixtures; hair loss for the apartment residents, etc
We have evaluated 2 systems,
a] The traditional water softener that works on the salt regeneration method but is very maintenance heavy, it requires backwash using around 40 kgs of salt every week
b] An automatic nano water softener with automatic operation that is maintenance free with automatic backwash and rinse
I have shortlisted the 2nd option - automatic nano water softener as it appears to be maintenance free. The 2nd option seems to be a new technology with no proven track record.
I am writing to seek feedback from users & experts in this forum that have either used or have exposure to nano water softener. Shall appreciate hearing back from the members of this forum
