While drilling a borewell in Hassan district, Karnataka, at around 50 feet we encountred clay and the drilling technicians refused to drill further.
The site of the borewell was previously a pond and had paddy fields around. Could you suggest if we can drill a borewell in such condition and what are the options available, and the agency which could do the same?
