Dear India Water Portal,
There is a lake in our neighbourhood that is covered with water hyacinths and bushy outgrowth for the past one year. The lake is dying and nobody cares. People have turned it into a dumping ground. I think they are trying to cover it up. I have written to every civic body, but to no avail.
