Dug 3 borewells in Hosur and all of them failed - Can we check if the borewell point is good and make sure it will not fail?

I am from Hosur, Tamilnadu. We have dug three borewells, but all three failed. It is completely dry. My question is, is there any way to check the borewell points to make sure that they do not fail?
