Recently we have dug a bore well in our agricultural land as the existing one has dried up. The neighbour agricultural land owner is raising objection saying that it is within 250 yards.
Actually the neighbours bore well is on the very edge of our agricultural land and the present bore well in the middle of our agricultural land. Can you please explain what can be done?
