My 7 acre farm is located at Parsapally Village, Kohir Mandal, Medak District, AP. I have recently dug a borewell with following datapoints:
1. Depth: 350 feet - 6.5 Inch dia
2. Casing - 85 feet (MS casing pipe).
3. Perforations in casing - start from 55 feet depth to 85 feet
4. Yield told by drilling operator: 2 inches
As per the operator, we struck water at 60 feet (2 inches) but did not get water later.
May I request this esteemed forum to advice:
1. What is the output in litres for this 2 inches yield can be extracted.
2. What capacity submersible pump is suitable for the above well.
3. Do you suggest wire-rope (for pump protection)?
4. Will the yield capacity go up during rainy season? We drilled on fag-end of summer season.
I plan to use drip irrigation extensively.
I intend to dig another borewell after constructing my farmhouse. Can you please supply me with locally available hydrogeologists contact information so that I can take their help in new drilling point.
