Dear Sir,
To whoever it may concern. This is in regards to illegal activity taking place in our locality. Water is stolen form tube big pipelines and the connections are sold to the slum people at an high cost, this supply of water doest not have any registration, nor meter and no government approval.
But still there are some people in our area who are missuing and having a good income out of this. We have a legal connection, but due to unwanted multiple illegal connections, the flow of water is been scattered and no one is there to raise the voice against it.
Request you all, if there is some thing that you all can do about it then please do so, you are my last hope.
