Is there a law or anything else that prohibits extraction of borewell water for commercial usage, if the building falls under residential area ?
For the past 15yrs in our house we had no water problem and our borewell was at 150ft. However since 1.5yrs, a hospital has come next to our house and they run the motor for almost 18 hours a day. We would hardly use for 30mins a day and have enough water for one full day.
Now we must run the motor for almost 45mins to get half a tank of water. They are just exploiting the natural resource which is meant to be a equal for all and moreover in a hospital u can imagine what their amount of usage of water must be.
Kindly, somebody guide me on this, if we can put and end to this menace and over exploitation?
