Query on casing problem when drilling second time to increase the casing pipe up to soft area

Hi

The 8'' first drill was in the ground ground up to 60 feet.  Then a GI casing  of 6''up to hard rock was done and  then water found at 355feet. 6'' were drilled up to 370feet, and after 20 days i made an arrangement for putting pump inside the bore. Unfortunately pump had gone down to 80 ft only and got stuck because of soil filled inside the pipe. So I called the same driller, and they said there is soft soil at 95 ft and it may cleared by putting casing up to 100ft. I agreed for the same and also said to put 120 ft casing for safer side. They covered it upto 120 ft casing and to remove the mud they started drilling .At around 115 feet, the drill bit stuck. They may mismatched the casing pipe and which remained in a hole in the rock. The gap may now cause the mud to again fill the bore.

Please let me know of a solution if any,
