My borewell is 6” in diameter, 1040 in depth, with 145 feet casing done, in Hoodi, Bangalore. First source of water is at 640 ft (about ½ inch yield according to the driller) and a second source at 1010 ft (about 2” yield). Can someone guide me on the capacity of submersible pump to be fixed for this borewell. what are the other safety precautions to follow as the depth is over 1000 ft.
