Can water logging at basement be diverted to a borewell ?

There is always a water logging at my basement in Assam . I want it to divert the logged water in to a borewell at the same level of basement. I want to know that by doing so, will the water diverted in to the borewell be absorbed in the deep earth or will it overflow?
