Can I dig a bore well in my parking area which has roof top of 10 - 12 feet.

Please let me know what is best way to dig a bore well in my parking area which has a roof clearance of 10-12 feet. We have a bore well which is 450 feet depth but it takes a long time to fill the overhead tank.
