Hi, my name is Farkhod Akhmedov, from Tajikistan. For the time being I am in Chandigarh city, India.
The reason I am writing to you is that I would like to know a little bit more about the Water Evaluation And Planning (WEAP) programme, and of course to know whether it is possible for me to come and learn something new for myself from you, because I am involved in a project where I am studying a WEAP programme (it is distance learning course).
During my studies I found out that Sri Lanka and India have applied water assessment extensively. Therefore I am writing you to get to know as much as possible, but most of all I would like to practice my knowledge working with WEAP programme. I do not know if this is the right address where I am writing.
