Borewell water turns yellow in colour in Bihar - Please suggest an economical way to solve this problem

Dear Sir,
I am Amit Kumar from Bihar. I have recently done a bore well of 210 feet deep. The water turns to yellow color after few hours. The taste of water is also no so good. If I mix the water with the tea, then it turns into somewhat like ink color. The drill was done by local people who have been working there for couple of years. There are no industries nearby and everyone has got the same water problem (water turning into yellow color). I have tried to draw a picture of hows my bore well is done to give you a general sense which is as follows:

Starting from Bottom to top:
1. Three fiber filters each of 6 feet long and one-and-half inch thick.
2. 100 feet of fiber pipes of one-and-half inch thick.
3. 80 feet of fiber pipe of 4 inch thick.
4. 4 feet of metal pipe of 4 inch thick which is used to join the hand-pump.

I am also planning to attach submersible pump within a couple of months.

I hope you got a general sense of hows my bore well is done. Drilling was done manually not by drill machine.

Sir, I want to get rid of this problem as I my plans are to build ice-cream plant. Can you provide me best possible ways to get rid of this problem. I would also request you to go for as economical as possible as my budgets are not high on this.

Waiting for your solutions.
Regards
Amit Kumar Saini,
Chappra, Bihar, India.
