I had got the Borewell installed in FEB-2008 at KUDLU ( OFF Hosur Road). Bangalore. Depth of the borewell is 460ft.Water was accessed at around 350ft. Till last week I had observed good water flow from Borewell with 1000Lt tank filling in 20-25 minutes. I have 2HP Texmo Submersible PUMP
From around a week now, Borewell can fill only Half of the Overhead TANk and water is not pumped to Over-head TANK after that. We have to stop Pump and attempt to pump again next day.
I am not sure, if issue is related to PUMP or if BOREwell has a issue. Please advice, how do I find the culprit.
Few Development around area are
1. Huge Apartment complex coming next to site, and they had dug few Borewells few months agon all around their site.
2. Because Bore was bellow three feet from ground level, I had got the height increated to around 3 ft, Means pull PUMP around 3 ft UP and ( with Bore well down, Rain water use to enter borewell directly and MUD water used to get pumped to overhead tank. )
Please suggest, How we can find if problem is related to PUMP or if it is BORE well?
Is issue is related to BOREWELL, what could be wrong and how can we fix it?
