Dear learned friends,
The borewell in my house is about 10 years old and the metal casing pipe is at about 30 feet deep. The casing pipe is rusting and now I can see the pipe rusted and a hole has appeared due to rusting. I think I need to replace the casing immediately. Request you to guide me in this regard on the following:
1. Is it possible to replace the rusted casing pipe with a new one and if so what should be the new casing material? I do not want the rusting problem to recur again.
2. Now the borewell rig truck cannot enter near the borewell point due to construction.
3. Are there any reliable people who can handle this technically and professionally in Bangalore. How much does this cost (removing the old one and replacing with new one with different material)
4. Of late I am getting black coloured rock powder from it. What should I do to stop this?
5. I can also hear the sound of water falling in the borewell (Not continuous but at times). Earlier, no such sound was heard. What does this indicate.
Please advise me.
