Dear IWP,
We dug a borewell in Apr 2015 as our old one was not yielding much water. We came through full rock while digging, and in the hope of getting water we went upto 1100 ft. But it was of no use, we did not get any water and also incurred expenditure of Rs. 1,70,000. After 10 days the technician came, checked and said that the water had come up to 300ft. But due to financial reasons we could not insert pipes and motor. Now three days ago we planned for pipe and motor installation. During the installation process, the 5 Hp motor did not go beyond 185 ft. The pipe was blocked with silt. .
The technician then said that to dig out the mud with the help of a borewell digging machine would cost upto 30,000/-. We are in dilemma whether to proceed with cleaning or to dig a new one. Please suggest a suitable remedy
